Book Ghostwriting & Publishing
By New York Times Bestselling Writer Stephen Palmer
Investment: $65,000
Typically 9 to 12 months.
44 books since 2006, including multiple bestsellers.

You've had this book in you for years. You know what it could do for your authority, influence, and business.
But the manuscript still isn't written.
You're a better speaker than writer. Or you at least don't have the hundreds of hours it takes to write a book worth publishing.
So what are your options?
— 01
Hire a typical ghostwriter and you solve half the problem, then spend months managing editors, designers, publishing platforms, and audiobook vendors on your own.
— 02
Hire a big ghostwriting firm and you get matched with a staff writer you've never met, running a standardized process on a meter.
This engagement is the whole path: one world-class writer who personally writes your book, then produces and publishes it to a professional standard.
Because when it's your name on the cover, the writing is the one part that can't be compromised.
You work with me, Stephen Palmer, personally. There's no writer matching, no account manager, no handoff to someone you've never met.
I'm the principal writer on every book I take on. The process is human-led and AI-assisted, and my judgment governs every page.
The big firms give you a handful of interview calls and feed your answers into an assembly process.
This is a much more personal and comprehensive process with a New York Times bestselling writer of 44 books since 2006.
— Step 1
We Decide Which Book to Write Before Anything Gets Written
I start by immersing myself in your expertise, your audience, and your opportunity.
Together we determine who your reader is, what problem the book solves for them, the Big Idea that sets it apart, and the transformation it promises.
Then I build your complete chapter-by-chapter architecture, so every chapter has a distinct and necessary purpose before a single one is drafted.
— Step 2
I Pull the Book Out of Your Head
Your primary role is to show up and give me content in any form possible.
We work through up to 20 hours of recorded interviews, fully virtual, on a schedule that fits yours. I also review everything you already have: talks, podcasts, courses, newsletters, notes, prior drafts.
This asks less of you than it sounds.
Kris Krohn put it simply: "He recorded me at my events, and all I had to do was show up and talk."
— Step 3
I Write. You Read and React.
I write your manuscript, typically 45,000 to 60,000 finished words, in your voice.
You review chapters as they arrive. You tell me what sounds like you, what's missing, and what's off. I revise chapter by chapter as we go, then take the complete manuscript through two full revision rounds until it sounds exactly like you at your best.
You approve the final manuscript before production begins.
— Step 4
I Produce and Publish Your Finished Book
Once you approve the manuscript, I take your book all the way through publication.
Independent professional copyediting and proofreading. Custom cover design. Interior design and typesetting. Ebook conversion and device testing.
I set up your own publishing imprint, acquire your ISBNs, prepare your metadata, and get your book distributed through Amazon, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble, and the major ebook platforms. Then I produce your audiobook with professional narration and distribute it wide.
Each production stage runs through specialists I select and direct. You never coordinate a single vendor.
And for ninety days after publication, I stay available to resolve any production or publishing issues, so your launch never catches you alone.
Most ghostwriters hand you a manuscript and wish you luck. I design your book from the beginning to generate leads and sales for your business.
During strategy, we conceive the offers your book should lead readers toward. Then I write strategic calls to action into the manuscript and place QR codes throughout, pointed at URLs you own and control.
Building the marketing structure behind them remains your responsibility: the funnels, the follow-up, the systems that turn readers into leads.
You can build those with your own team, or work with me on marketing after your book launches.
Either way, your book comes off the press ready to work, not sitting on a shelf waiting for a plan.
Book strategy, positioning, and complete chapter-by-chapter architecture.
Up to 20 hours of recorded interviews, fully virtual, on your schedule.
A full manuscript, typically 45,000 to 60,000 finished words, personally written in your voice.
Chapter-by-chapter collaboration, plus two full revision rounds on the complete manuscript.
Strategic calls to action and QR codes written into your book, pointed at URLs you own.
Independent professional copyediting and proofreading.
Custom cover design, interior design, and typesetting.
Publication in hardcover, paperback, and ebook under your own imprint, distributed through Amazon, IngramSpark, Barnes & Noble, and the major ebook platforms.
Audiobook production with professional narration, distributed wide.
Ninety days of post-publication production support.
Permanent author assets: your Brand Voice Style Guide, Reader Intelligence Brief, Author Authority Profile, Framework and Methodology Inventory, Story Bank, and Book Foundation Dossier.
Let's see if we're a fit.
You own the manuscript, all rights, and all royalties. You own your publishing imprint, your ISBNs, your publishing accounts, and the final files for every format.
Nothing is held by my company. Nothing requires an ongoing relationship with me to use, reprint, revise, or build on.
Your book stays yours. Completely.
Since 2006, I've written 44 books, including New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and Amazon bestsellers.
Here’s what my clients say about working with me:
"Stephen has been more than a writer for me—he has been a partner. He captures my voice and puts it into writing in ways that I simply cannot. Without him our book probably would not have become a New York Times bestseller. In fact, I first contracted him as a ghostwriter, but he added so much original depth and insight that I made him a co-author."

"I am a very, very fussy customer and Stephen was amazing to work with. The end result of our writing partnership is that my book has been a top 10 bestselling book in Australia 6 months running, and I could not be more proud of the content. He just gets it."

"For years I wanted to write a book but didn't know where to start. With Stephen's guidance and overwhelming capacity, we've been able to produce two books together, with a third one on the way. Our books have won 8 book awards and have been Amazon bestsellers in several categories. You're crazy not to work with him if you have the chance."

Book Ghostwriting and Publishing is $65,000, paid in ten payments of $6,500 as the work progresses.
For what the big firms charge for a matched writer and a standardized process, you get the writer behind multiple bestsellers, personally, with your book professionally published in every format.
Most projects take approximately 9 to 12 months. That's a planning expectation, not a deadline. We take the time your book requires within our defined scope.

Yes. That's what the interviews are for: I capture your personality, rhythm, and vocabulary, and I write from your voice rather than mine. Every client I've worked with has told me some version of "this sounds just like me."
A few hours a month. You show up for interviews and talk about what you know best, then read chapters as they arrive and tell me the truth about them. The writing, production, and publishing are my job.
Everything listed above, within a clearly defined scope: up to 20 hours of interviews and two full revision rounds on the complete manuscript, in addition to our chapter-by-chapter collaboration. You'll know exactly what's included before you sign. If your book genuinely needs more, we handle it by mutual written agreement, so there are never surprises on either side.
