Phase 1

We Build Your Book's Foundation Together

We begin with a virtual intensive where I take you through the same strategic process that starts every book I produce.

Together we determine:

I then help you build your complete book architecture, including your positioning, central thesis, and a chapter-by-chapter structure.

Phase 2

You Write. I Guide.

Now you write your manuscript using my AI Authority Book Operating System and under my guidance.

My operating system breaks the writing process into a clear sequence of manageable steps. It shows you how to develop each chapter from your architecture, and how to use AI as a drafting assistant without losing your voice.

While you write, we meet for up to two one-hour advisory sessions per month, for up to twelve months.

We work through whatever your book needs.

Phase 3

We Revise Until It’s Right

When your draft is complete, I give it a thorough editorial analysis against the standard I hold my own books to.

You revise, and I review the revision.

Phase 4

I Produce & Publish Your Book

Once your manuscript is finished, I direct its complete professional production. This includes:
